Confirmed tenants in the 570,000 sq ft scheme include Debenhams, Marks and Spencer, Next, Topshop, Topman, Sainsbury’s plus many more.
Bradford has a catchment of almost one million consumers with a weighted annual spend potential of £623 million. This is forecast to grow by more than £250 million on completion of the Broadway development highlighting the massive potential for retailers to capture spend.
Plans to redevelop and upgrade the surrounding streets are pressing ahead and the vision is to have a strong restaurant and food offer in this area.
